Need to cancel your order? Here’s how it works — and how to get in touch if you need assistance.

Standard Orders

You may cancel any standard order — as long as it has not yet shipped. If your order is still being processed, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

We recommend acting quickly, as many orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Orders for custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once submitted. These items begin production immediately and are built to your specifications.

Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may still be eligible to return the item once it arrives. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs.
