TEN-YEAR WARRANTY
All other parts of the American Outdoor Grill® (excluding ignition systems, accessories, infrared burners, and vaporizer panels) are covered under a 10-year warranty, offering long-term peace of mind for your purchase.
THREE-YEAR WARRANTY
Infrared burners and vaporizer panels are warranted for 3 years, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
ONE-YEAR WARRANTY

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Small parcel items ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS and typically arrive within 2–5 business days. Larger items ship via freight and generally arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on your location.
All freight deliveries include liftgate service and curbside drop-off. A signature from someone 18 or older is required at the time of delivery.
Please inspect your order before signing. If there’s visible damage, refuse the delivery or note the issue on the Bill of Lading and contact us immediately with photos. For concealed damage, you must report the issue within 48 hours to be eligible for a claim.
We also offer White Glove Delivery upon request for an additional fee. This includes in-home setup, minor assembly, and packaging removal.
