This 18-inch propane gas smoker features a 20,000 BTU burner with a convenient matchless snap-ignition, capable of reaching temperatures from 160°F to 350°F, ideal for slow-smoking meats or baking delicious casseroles and breads.
The smoker comes with a heavy-gauge steel wood chip tray that produces flavorful smoke and a removable stainless steel water pan to help maintain moisture in your food. Equipped with three damper valves (top and sides), you can easily control the temperature and smoke level for perfect results. The easy-to-read door thermometer provides an accurate reading, helping you keep track of your food’s progress.
With two adjustable smoker racks, you’ll have plenty of space for larger cuts of meat, while the jerky rack with a fine mesh screen keeps small items like jerky and seafood from falling through the smoker. All freight deliveries include liftgate service and curbside drop-off. A signature from someone 18 or older is required at the time of delivery.
Please inspect your order before signing. If there’s visible damage, refuse the delivery or note the issue on the Bill of Lading and contact us immediately with photos. For concealed damage, you must report the issue within 48 hours to be eligible for a claim.
We also offer White Glove Delivery upon request for an additional fee. This includes in-home setup, minor assembly, and packaging removal.
