This warranty specifically protects the structural integrity of the cast basin and steel tripod, including welds and hardware. It ensures your investment is safeguarded against manufacturing flaws that would compromise the function or safety of the unit.

Please note that this warranty does not cover surface rust, patina, or other cosmetic changes that naturally occur as raw steel ages and weathers. Scratches, dents, and discoloration from handling or environmental exposure are also considered part of normal use and are not covered. Additionally, any damage resulting from misuse, improper assembly, or commercial use is excluded from coverage.

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide proof of purchase along with photos documenting the issue. Cowboy Cauldron will evaluate the claim and, at their discretion, either repair or replace the affected components.
