It provides 432 sq. in. of primary cooking space and 608 sq. in. total cooking area, powered by 3 cast stainless steel burners delivering 60,000 BTUs. Diamond Sear cooking grids and heat zone separators deliver excellent heat retention, even distribution and precision searing. The left-side control configuration provides ergonomic operation for custom installations. The grill includes an analog thermometer, hot surface ignition (with backup flash tubes), a spring-assisted hood (opens to 90°), interior halogen lights and LED-backlit control knobs for ease of use day or night. A disposable drip tray system ensures simple cleanup.
