The Fire Magic Echelon 37-Inch Built-In Natural Gas Grill (Model E790I-9EAN) is a luxury built-in grill constructed from premium 304 stainless steel and finished in stainless steel for long-lasting outdoor performance. It features a sleek black glass control panel with touch operation for precise temperature control and a double-walled, spring-assisted hood that opens to a full 90° for improved access and ventilation.

Three 304 cast stainless steel main burners deliver 90,000 across the cooking surface. The main cooking surface measures 792 Sq. Inches with an additional 288 Sq. Inches secondary area for a total of 1,080 Sq. Inches. Cooking grid dimensions are 36 x 22" and the grill uses Diamond Sear cooking grids to optimize heat transfer for superior searing.

An infrared backburner rated at 13,000 BTUs powers the included heavy-duty rotisserie kit. The grill uses Hot Surface ignition with flash tubes as backup and includes internal lighting for nighttime grilling.
