Controls & Convenience: Black glass control panel with touchscreen operation and an integrated digital thermometer. 120 VAC/12 Volt hot surface ignition with flash tubes as backup. Double-walled, spring-assisted hood opens to 90 degrees for easy access. WiFi & Bluetooth enabled for connected control. Three angled interior halogen lights illuminate the cooking area and an adjustable warming rack keeps finished foods warm.
