Shipping Methods & Timelines
We ship smaller items via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, with estimated delivery times ranging from 2–5 business days after dispatch. Larger or heavier items are shipped via freight carriers and typically arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on your location. All freight deliveries include complimentary liftgate service and curbside drop-off, ensuring a smooth delivery experience without additional cost.

Delivery Requirements
For all freight shipments, a signature is required from someone 18 years of age or older. We strongly encourage you to inspect your shipment thoroughly before signing. If there is visible damage to the packaging or product, you may refuse the delivery or note the damage on the Bill of Lading. Please contact us immediately and provide clear photos. If damage is discovered after delivery, known as concealed damage, it must be reported within 48 hours in order to be eligible for a claim. Claims submitted outside this window may not be approved.

White Glove Delivery
For a more elevated experience, we offer White Glove Delivery upon request for an additional fee. This premium service includes in-home placement, minor assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials. If you would like to add White Glove Delivery to your order, please contact us before your order ships so we can coordinate this service accordingly.

Vine & Flame currently ships to addresses within the continental United States only. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or international destinations. We are unable to ship to freight forwarders or third-party reshipping services.

Fire Magic offers a lifetime warranty on cast stainless steel burners, stainless steel cooking grids, and stainless steel housing. These components are built to last, ensuring the highest quality grilling experience for the long term.

15-Year Warranty:
Brass valves, inner liners, manifold assemblies, porcelain housings, and backburner assemblies are covered for 15 years. These parts are designed to withstand heavy use and provide consistent performance.

5-Year Warranty:
Flavor grids and infrared burners are covered for 5 years, ensuring optimal heat distribution and flavor enhancement throughout the life of your grill.

3-Year Warranty:
Side burners and other Fire Magic grill components (excluding ignition and electronic parts) are covered for 3 years, providing reliability and longevity for essential grilling features.

1-Year Warranty:
Ignition systems (excluding batteries), electronic components (including lights and thermometers), and grill accessories come with a 1-year warranty, giving you peace of mind for smaller parts and accessories.

Labor Coverage:
Labor is covered for 2 years up to $120, allowing you to enjoy worry-free repairs during the early years of ownership.
