Le Griddle provides a limited lifetime warranty on the stainless steel cooking plate of all its griddle units, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. This warranty reflects the brand’s dedication to high-performance outdoor cooking appliances crafted from premium-quality materials.

All other components, including gas burners, ignition systems, and valves, are covered under a one-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This ensures peace of mind across both the core cooking surface and essential internal components.

This warranty does not cover discoloration, surface rust, oxidation, or cosmetic wear that naturally develops with outdoor use. Damage resulting from improper installation, abuse, neglect, commercial use, or unauthorized modifications will void the warranty. Units must be installed according to Le Griddle’s guidelines, particularly with regard to ventilation and clearance, to remain eligible for coverage.

Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may require photographs or inspection to verify the defect. Le Griddle reserves the right to repair or replace defective parts at its discretion. Only products purchased from authorized dealers are eligible for warranty coverage.

This warranty is offered to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
