The Le Griddle GFE160 "The Grand Texan" is the largest gas griddle in the Le Griddle lineup, designed for serious outdoor chefs and large-scale cooking. Built with 304 stainless steel housing and a food-safe 304 stainless steel cooking plate, this high-performance griddle delivers exceptional durability, superior heat retention, and even cooking across its expansive 60" W x 15 3/4" D cooking surface. Equipped with four U-shaped stainless steel burners, each producing 9,000 BTUs (totaling 36,000 BTUs), this griddle provides consistent high heat for grilling meats, seafood, vegetables, and breakfast favorites. The patented Dual Plate System combines cast iron and stainless steel for optimal heat distribution, while the removable grease tray ensures easy cleanup.

Warranty

Le Griddle provides a limited lifetime warranty on the stainless steel cooking plate of all its griddle units, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. This warranty reflects the brand’s dedication to high-performance outdoor cooking appliances crafted from premium-quality materials.

All other components, including gas burners, ignition systems, and valves, are covered under a one-year limited warranty from the original date of purchase. This ensures peace of mind across both the core cooking surface and essential internal components.

This warranty does not cover discoloration, surface rust, oxidation, or cosmetic wear that naturally develops with outdoor use. Damage resulting from improper installation, abuse, neglect, commercial use, or unauthorized modifications will void the warranty. Units must be installed according to Le Griddle’s guidelines, particularly with regard to ventilation and clearance, to remain eligible for coverage.

Warranty claims require proof of purchase and may require photographs or inspection to verify the defect. Le Griddle reserves the right to repair or replace defective parts at its discretion. Only products purchased from authorized dealers are eligible for warranty coverage.

This warranty is offered to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
