The stainless steel construction, including the grill housing, cooking grates, burners, flame tamers, heat zone separators, and temperature gauges, is covered under a lifetime warranty, ensuring durability and long-term protection against manufacturer defects. Additionally, all stainless steel doors, drawers, grill liners, carts, and covers are included in this coverage.
Five-Year Warranty
All vent hoods are protected under a five-year warranty, covering the stainless steel construction to ensure lasting performance in outdoor environments.
Three-Year Warranty
Gas appliances, including grills, side burners, power burners, and gas griddles, are covered under a three-year warranty for all other parts and components, including electrical elements such as LED bulbs, wire harnesses, switches, transformers, and interior halogen lights. Vent hood components, including blowers, LED lighting, wiring harnesses, and switches, are covered under a three-year warranty. Warming drawers also include a three-year warranty for electrical components. TrueFlame’s 15” and 24” refrigeration models are warrantied for three years, covering construction and compressor components.
One-Year Warranty
TrueFlame’s 21” refrigeration models are covered under a one-year warranty for all construction and electrical components, including compressors, transformers, LED bulbs, wire harnesses, and power source wires. Refrigeration electrical components such as transformers, LED bulbs, harnesses, switches, and interior halogen lighting elements are also warrantied for one year.
Commercial Warranty
For commercial applications such as hospitality and restaurant use, TrueFlame offers a lifetime warranty on workmanship, construction, and manufacturer defects. However, this coverage does not apply to damage resulting from misuse, lack of maintenance, vandalism, or theft.
Cold Storage & Sinks Warranty
Ice chests, drains, and faucets are covered under a lifetime warranty to ensure long-term reliability in outdoor kitchen environments.
