Warranty

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

American Made Grills products are backed by a limited lifetime warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use from the original date of purchase.

COVERED COMPONENTS

This warranty includes lifetime coverage on the stainless steel housing, cooking grates, and burners. Flame tamers and sear burners are covered for 15 years, while the infrared back burner is covered for 3 years. Ignition systems, knobs, lights, and electrical components are protected for 1 year. Warranty applies only to residential use and requires regular maintenance as outlined in the user manual.

EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, commercial or rental use, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or failure to follow proper maintenance procedures. Rust, corrosion, discoloration, and fading due to weather or heat exposure are not considered defects.

WARRANTY PROCESS

If you believe your American Made Grills product is eligible for warranty service, please contact Vine & Flame first at support@vineandflame.com. You will be asked to provide a copy of your original order, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect. Once received, our team will file a claim on your behalf directly with American Made Grills and assist you throughout the process. Customers must not contact the manufacturer directly for warranty support — all claims must be initiated through Vine & Flame.
