Note: We do not accept PayPal, cash, checks, money orders, or other offline forms of payment.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed at the time of checkout using encrypted, PCI-compliant technology to ensure your personal and financial information remains secure. You will receive an email confirmation immediately after your order is successfully placed.
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you're ordering from outside the United States, your bank may apply a currency conversion fee.
Please note: Some credit/debit card issuers may place a temporary authorization hold on your account. This is not an actual charge and will be removed automatically.
Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us to verify that your order was received successfully.
Order Processing Timeline
Once we receive your order, our team will begin processing it within 1–2 business days. Most items ship within that window, with delivery typically occurring within 5–7 business days depending on your location and item availability.
Fraud Prevention & Verification
We may contact you to verify billing or shipping details prior to processing your order. This helps prevent fraud and ensures a secure transaction. Orders suspected of unauthorized use or high-risk activity may be canceled or held for review.
Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, your order will not be processed. Please verify that your billing information is correct and contact your card issuer for further assistance. For additional help, feel free to contact our support team.
If your payment fails but you believe it was submitted, please do not resubmit until contacting our team to prevent duplicate charges.
Installment Payments
Installment financing through Affirm or Shop Pay is available on qualifying orders. Approval is subject to the provider’s credit evaluation and terms. You’ll see eligible financing options at checkout.
