Shipping & Delivery Times

Free shipping is available on most orders over $49.99 within the continental United States.

Standard shipping typically takes 7–10 business days after the order has been processed.

Smaller items ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

Larger items require freight shipping, which follows a different process than small parcels.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location.
Freight Delivery Guidelines
1. Check Your Shipping Confirmation Email
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

FedEx/UPS (Small Parcel): No signature required; an estimated delivery date will be provided.

Freight Carrier (Large Items): The carrier will call to schedule a delivery window before arrival.
2. Preparing for Freight Delivery
Freight shipments arrive on a pallet and are delivered by a freight carrier.

Customers are responsible for moving the shipment from the delivery location to its final destination.

We strongly recommend having at least two people available to assist with moving the shipment upon delivery.
3. Inspecting Your Shipment Before Signing

Carefully inspect all items before signing the delivery receipt.

If the package appears damaged, do not sign for the shipment and refuse the delivery.

If minor exterior damage is present, note it clearly on the receipt and inspect the contents immediately.

If concealed damage is found after signing, report it within 48 hours with photos.

Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.
Freight Shipping & Additional Services
Freight Shipments (Large & Heavy Items)

All freight shipments include liftgate service.

Deliveries occur Monday – Friday during business hours.

A signature is required upon delivery by someone 18 years or older.

Missed or refused deliveries may result in additional shipping charges.
White Glove Delivery (Available Upon Request)

White Glove Delivery includes in-home delivery, minor assembly, and packaging removal.

Shipping Restrictions

We only ship within the continental United States.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. Boxes — a physical address is required at checkout.

International shipping is not available, but customers may coordinate with a freight forwarder.
International Orders & Freight Forwarders
We do not ship freight items internationally. However, we can ship to a U.S.-based freight forwarder of your choice.

Enter the freight forwarder’s shipping address at checkout.

Once they sign for the package in good condition, they assume full responsibility for further transit.

Damage claims cannot be made after the freight forwarder accepts the shipment.
Shipping to Remote Areas

Orders shipping to remote or difficult-to-access locations may be subject to additional fees, even if free shipping is initially offered.

If your location has delivery restrictions (narrow roads, gated properties, unpaved driveways, etc.), inform us before placing your order.

Vine & Flame is not responsible for shipping costs on orders that cannot be delivered due to freight carrier limitations.
Damaged Items & Reporting

Customers have 48 hours after delivery to report any damages or missing parts.

If an item arrives damaged:

Write "Package Damaged" on the delivery receipt before signing

Claims filed after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or reimbursement.
Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:

The customer is responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs

We cannot reship returned packages; they will be processed as a return per our Return Policy.
