ONE-YEAR WARRANTY
Blackstone Products are protected under a one-year limited warranty, which covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use from the original date of purchase.
COVERED COMPONENTS
Covered components typically include the grill body, burners, ignition systems, control knobs, and digital electronics (if applicable). Warranty coverage applies only to products used for personal, non-commercial use and maintained according to Blackstone’s care and maintenance guidelines.
EXCLUSIONS
This warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, commercial or rental use, damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications, or failure to follow proper maintenance procedures. Rust, corrosion, discoloration, and fading due to weather or heat exposure are not considered defects.
WARRANTY PROCESS
If you believe your Blackstone product is eligible for warranty service, please contact Vine & Flame first at support@vineandflame.com. You will be asked to provide a copy of your original order, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the defect.
Once received, our team will file a claim on your behalf directly with Blackstone and assist you throughout the process. Customers must not contact Blackstone directly for warranty support — all claims must be initiated through Vine & Flame.

We provide free shipping on most orders over $49.99, and all orders are processed and shipped within 24–72 hours. Smaller items ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, typically arriving within 2–5 business days. Larger items ship via freight carriers and usually arrive within 5–7 business days depending on your location. All freight shipments include liftgate service and curbside drop-off.
A signature is required for all freight deliveries by someone 18 years or older. Please inspect all packages before signing the delivery receipt. If there is visible damage, you must refuse the delivery or note the damage on the Bill of Lading and contact us immediately with photos. For concealed damage, you must report the issue within 48 hours with supporting photos to be eligible for a claim.
We offer White Glove Delivery upon request for an additional fee, which includes in-home delivery, minor assembly, and packaging removal. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or internationally. You may ship to a U.S.-based freight forwarder, but please note that Vine & Flame is not responsible for any damage or loss once the shipment is received by the forwarder.
