Larger or heavier items are shipped via freight carriers and typically arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on your location. All freight deliveries include complimentary liftgate service and curbside drop-off, ensuring a smooth delivery experience without additional cost.

Delivery Requirements
For all freight shipments, a signature is required from someone 18 years of age or older. We strongly encourage you to inspect your shipment thoroughly before signing. If there is visible damage to the packaging or product, you may refuse the delivery or note the damage on the Bill of Lading. Please contact us immediately and provide clear photos. If damage is discovered after delivery, known as concealed damage, it must be reported within 48 hours in order to be eligible for a claim. Claims submitted outside this window may not be approved.
