At Vine & Flame, we prioritize fast, reliable, and secure delivery. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor its progress every step of the way.
Shipping Methods & Timelines
We ship smaller items via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, with estimated delivery times ranging from 2–5 business days after dispatch. Larger or heavier items are shipped via freight carriers and typically arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on your location. All freight deliveries include complimentary liftgate service and curbside drop-off, ensuring a smooth delivery experience without additional cost.
Delivery Requirements
For all freight shipments, a signature is required from someone 18 years of age or older. We strongly encourage you to inspect your shipment thoroughly before signing. If there is visible damage to the packaging or product, you may refuse the delivery or note the damage on the Bill of Lading. Please contact us immediately and provide clear photos. If damage is discovered after delivery, known as concealed damage, it must be reported within 48 hours in order to be eligible for a claim. Claims submitted outside this window may not be approved.
White Glove Delivery
For a more elevated experience, we offer White Glove Delivery upon request for an additional fee. This premium service includes in-home placement, minor assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials. If you would like to add White Glove Delivery to your order, please contact us before your order ships so we can coordinate this service accordingly.

Please note that all shipping timelines provided are estimates. Delivery times may be impacted by factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or regional access constraints. In the event of a significant delay, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible with updated delivery details.
Shipping Availability
Vine & Flame currently ships to addresses within the continental United States only. At this time, we do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or international destinations. We are unable to ship to freight forwarders or third-party reshipping services.
