For concealed damage, you must report the issue within 48 hours with supporting photos to be eligible for a claim.
We offer White Glove Delivery upon request for an additional fee, which includes in-home delivery, minor assembly, and packaging removal. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O.
