All other parts of the American Outdoor GrillĀ® (excluding ignition systems, accessories, infrared burners, and vaporizer panels) are covered under a 10-year warranty, offering long-term peace of mind for your purchase.
THREE-YEAR WARRANTY
Infrared burners and vaporizer panels are warranted for 3 years, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
ONE-YEAR WARRANTY
Ignition systems (excluding batteries) and accessories such as side burners, motors, and thermometers are covered for 1 year, providing dependable use for a full grilling season

Orders are processed within 1ā3 business days. Small parcel items ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS and typically arrive within 2ā5 business days. Larger items ship via freight and generally arrive within 7ā10 business days, depending on your location.
All freight deliveries include liftgate service and curbside drop-off. A signature from someone 18 or older is required at the time of delivery.
Please inspect your order before signing. If thereās visible damage, refuse the delivery or note the issue on the Bill of Lading and contact us immediately with photos. For concealed damage, you must report the issue within 48 hours to be eligible for a claim.
We also offer White Glove Delivery upon request for an additional fee. This includes in-home setup, minor assembly, and packaging removal.
