The T-Series grills feature highly sophisticated U-shaped burners made from 304 stainless steel, providing even heat distribution across the cooking surface. The 24" model offers 32,000 BTUs, while the 30" and 36" models provide 45,000 to 50,000 BTUs. Whether you're grilling up juicy steaks, roasting vegetables, or slow-cooking meats, these grills deliver precise temperature control for consistent, delicious results every time. The 24" and 30" models come with an optional rotisserie kit, complete with a 10,000 BTU infrared back burner, while the 36" model includes a more powerful 12,000 BTU infrared back burner, perfect for slow-roasting meats.

Smaller items ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS, typically arriving within 2–5 business days. Larger items ship via freight carriers and usually arrive within 5–7 business days depending on your location. All freight shipments include liftgate service and curbside drop-off.
A signature is required for all freight deliveries by someone 18 years or older. Please inspect all packages before signing the delivery receipt. If there is visible damage, you must refuse the delivery or note the damage on the Bill of Lading and contact us immediately with photos. For concealed damage, you must report the issue within 48 hours with supporting photos to be eligible for a claim.
We offer White Glove Delivery upon request for an additional fee, which includes in-home delivery, minor assembly, and packaging removal. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or internationally. You may ship to a U.S.-based freight forwarder, but please note that Vine & Flame is not responsible for any damage or loss once the shipment is received by the forwarder.
