Inside, the four cast stainless steel propane burners combine for a powerful 112,000 BTUs, delivering even heat across the entire cooking surface. Reliable hot surface ignition ensures quick lighting, and flash tubes serve as a backup for consistent performance. The Diamond Sear cooking grids feature a matte, non-stick surface designed to optimally transfer heat from the burner to your food, ensuring perfect searing every time. Heat zone separators allow for varied cooking temperatures, so you can grill multiple foods simultaneously.
For added versatility, this grill includes a 22,000 BTU infrared backburner and a heavy-duty rotisserie kit, perfect for roasting meats with precision.
