All KingsBottle wine cellars and beverage refrigerators purchased through Vine and Flame come with a 2-Year Manufacturer's Warranty. This warranty ensures that your unit is free from defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for two (2) years from the date of purchase, covering both parts and labor.
Please Note:
- This warranty applies only to units used in the country where they were originally purchased.
- Refurbished units are not covered under this warranty.

Returns & Exchanges
Please note that KingsBottle does not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements directly for products purchased through third-party retailers. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Small parcel items ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS and typically arrive within 2–5 business days. Larger items ship via freight and generally arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on your location.
All freight deliveries include liftgate service and curbside drop-off. A signature from someone 18 or older is required at the time of delivery.
Please inspect your order before signing. If there’s visible damage, refuse the delivery or note the issue on the Bill of Lading and contact us immediately with photos. For concealed damage, you must report the issue within 48 hours to be eligible for a claim.
We also offer White Glove Delivery upon request for an additional fee. This includes in-home setup, minor assembly, and packaging removal.
